Tucson

Todd earned a place in Form 4 at Tucson Technical College, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things He needs, including a laptop for the biology course, and a uniform. The family has few resources; the list costs $1,000, which is more than they have. Todd loves biology and wants to become an engineer. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours. He will take care of everything given and works very hard. Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag. Where the $1,000 goes: • Textbooks and workbooks: $270 • School uniform and shoes: $130 • Laptop: $600 Thank you so much. - Lauren

Shared this with my family. After 15 years in construction I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Thinking of Tucson.
