After a long hospital stay, Titilayo has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at Gwagwalada Wellbeing Centre cost $15 each.
Titilayo has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Titilayo could afford. The therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
