After a car accident, Tika has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to weekly cognitive behavioral therapy, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at the Bekasi Counselling Collective cost $15 each.
Tika has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
