After a difficult divorce, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Austin cost $60 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 16 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.

The money will be paid directly to the counselor's practice, with a session-by-session record.
