Therapy fund for Umar: 24 sessions with a licensed counselor
A course of family counseling for Umar could change everything; the cost is $200.

After burnout at work, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to family counseling, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at Hyderabad Wellbeing Centre cost $10 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 24 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part, and I'm grateful for your kindness without judgment.
The money will be paid directly to the counselor's practice, with a session-by-session record.
Where the $200 goes:
• 24 therapy sessions: $145
• Psychiatric assessment: $40
• Workbook and resources: $15
Thank you for reading my story.

Best of luck, Umar. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My neighbor had a similar thing happen so this one hit home.
