After a difficult divorce, Thulani has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to a structured recovery program, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Stellenbosch cost $30 each.
Thulani has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
