After the death of both parents, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to EMDR therapy, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at the Quezon City Counselling Collective cost $15 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
