Therapy fund for Sofía: 24 sessions with a licensed counselor
Sofían is working through the death of both parents and needs help paying for 24 sessions with a licensed counselor.

After the death of both parents, Sofía has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to weekly cognitive behavioral therapy, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Tehuacán cost $25 each.
Sofía has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Sofía could afford. The therapist recommends 24 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Sofía, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.
