After years of caregiving, Sofia has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to weekly cognitive behavioral therapy, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at the Moscow Counselling Collective cost $25 each.
Sofia has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Sofia could afford. The therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Sofia, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
