After military deployment, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to family counseling, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Ahmedabad cost $10 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part, and I'm grateful for your kindness without judgment.
Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.

What exactly is the $410 for?
10 therapy sessions is $370 of it. Everything else is listed in the story and nothing outside that list comes out of this page. Thanks for looking so closely.
