After a difficult divorce, Ryszard has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to a structured recovery program, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Warsaw cost $25 each.
Ryszard has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Ryszard could afford. The therapist recommends 24 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
