After a car accident, Rania has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. Rania has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Rania could afford. The therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
