After a violent robbery, Pınar has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to family counseling, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at Istanbul Wellbeing Centre cost $20 each. Pınar has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Pınar could afford. The therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
