After a violent robbery, Nittaya has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to a structured recovery program, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at Bangkok Wellbeing Centre cost $15 each.
Nittaya has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Nittaya could afford. The therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Nittaya, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Nittaya
