Therapy fund for Nirali: 12 sessions with a licensed counselor
A course of trauma-focused CBT for Nirali could change everything; the cost is $300.

After military deployment, Nirali has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Madurai cost $15 each.
Nirali has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Nirali could afford. The therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Nirali, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.
