The doctor has referred her to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at the Entebbe Counselling Collective cost $15 each. Nafula has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Nafula could afford. The therapist recommends 16 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference. Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Nafula, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
