After military deployment, Mukasa has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to EMDR therapy, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at Jinja Wellbeing Centre cost $10 each.
Mukasa has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Mukasa could afford. The therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
