Therapy fund for Mohit: 12 sessions with a licensed counselor
Mohit is working through military deployment and needs help paying for 12 sessions with a licensed counselor.
🇮🇳 Telangana, India350 views
After military deployment, Mohit has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to a structured recovery program, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at Hyderabad Wellbeing Centre cost $10 each.
Mohit has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Mohit could afford. The therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Mohit, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.
Where the $350 goes:
• 12 therapy sessions: $250
• Psychiatric assessment: $65
• Workbook and resources: $35

Keep going, Sanjay. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Put this on a community board in Istanbul this morning. Love from Istanbul.
can I help in a way that isn't money? I'm near Hyderabad!
Thank you. If you're in Hyderabad I'll say if something practical comes up. For now sharing this is great. It helps to be asked.
Sending love, Sanjay. Get well soon.
Get well soon. We're a small family in São Paulo but we're thinking of you. Thinking of Hyderabad.
Best of luck, Sanjay. Hope the doctors have good news. Love from Manchester.
Sending strength. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust
