Therapy fund for Lucía: 20 sessions with a licensed counselor
Lucían is working through the loss of my brother and needs help paying for 20 sessions with a licensed counselor.

After the loss of my brother, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to a structured recovery program, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at the Medellín Counselling Collective cost $35 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 20 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part, and I'm grateful for your kindness without judgment.
Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.
Where the $300 goes:
• 20 therapy sessions: $240
• Psychiatric assessment: $40
• Workbook and resources: $20
I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to.
