After bullying at school, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to family counseling, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Magelang cost $15 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 16 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part, and I'm grateful for your kindness without judgment.

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Kurniawan.
16 therapy sessions is $230 of it. Everything else is listed in the story and nothing outside that list comes out of this page. Good question.
