After a long hospital stay, Koen has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to EMDR therapy, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at the Amsterdam Counselling Collective cost $95 each. Koen has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Koen could afford. The therapist recommends 16 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference. Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Koen, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
