Therapy fund for Ishita: 24 sessions with a licensed counselor
A course of EMDR therapy for Ishita could change everything; the cost is $400.

After a violent robbery, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to EMDR therapy, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Siliguri cost $20 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 24 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part, and I'm grateful for your kindness without judgment.
Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.
Where the $400 goes:
• 24 therapy sessions: $330
• Psychiatric assessment: $60
• Workbook and resources: $10

hope things get better soon. I work in healthcare and wanted you to know people are on your side. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it
Wishing Ishita a smooth procedure and a full recovery. My neighbor in Nsukka donated after I showed her your page.
