Therapy fund for Harumi: 20 sessions with a licensed counselor
A course of weekly cognitive behavioral therapy for Harumi could change everything; the cost is $1,350.

After a long hospital stay, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to weekly cognitive behavioral therapy, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at Tokyo Wellbeing Centre cost $100 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 20 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part, and I'm grateful for your kindness without judgment.
The money will be paid directly to the counselor's practice, with a session-by-session record.
Where the $1,350 goes:
• 20 therapy sessions: $1,200
• Psychiatric assessment: $120
• Workbook and resources: $30
I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to.

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Harumi.
Sure. The biggest one is 20 therapy sessions, $1,200. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. Fair thing to want to know.
best of luck, Harumi. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend.
Rooting for you. Shared it with a few friends. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. All the best!
Sending strength. Your post was clear and honest. Greetings from Cebu City.
thanks for sharing this, Harumi. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Take care!
Hope the doctors have good news. Thinking of Tokyo!
