Therapy fund for Harsh: 12 sessions with a licensed counselor
Harsh is working through a car accident and needs help paying for 12 sessions with a licensed counselor.
Anywhere in the world370 views
After a car accident, Harsh has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at Rajkot Wellbeing Centre cost $10 each.
Harsh has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Harsh could afford. The therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Harsh, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.
Where the $200 goes:
• 12 therapy sessions: $170
• Psychiatric assessment: $25
• Workbook and resources: $5
Thanks for being kind about this.

Sending good thoughts. Gave what I could, wish it was more. It's not much but it's yours. All the best.
Praying for you. Get well soon. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. God bless
Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Harsh
It's all in the list in the story. 12 therapy sessions is the big one at $170, I'll post a receipt when it's paid.
Thinking of you and your family. This could happen to any of us. My husband and I read this together!
Hope things get better soon, Ganesh. Hope the doctors have good news!
Looking forward to the next update. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend. Blessings
