After a long hospital stay, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Los Angeles cost $115 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
