Therapy fund for Fon: 16 sessions with a licensed counselor
After years of caregiving, Fon has been on a waiting list for months - private therapy is the only option, and the cost is $555.

After years of caregiving, Fon has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to weekly cognitive behavioral therapy, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Chiang Mai cost $25 each.
Fon has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Fon could afford. The therapist recommends 16 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Fon, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.
Where the $555 goes:
• 16 therapy sessions: $490
• Psychiatric assessment: $60
• Workbook and resources: $5
