After a violent robbery, Étienne has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at Brest Wellbeing Centre cost $50 each.
Étienne has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Étienne could afford. The therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
