Therapy fund for Elias: 12 sessions with a licensed counselor

After a long hospital stay, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to family counseling, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at the Albany Counselling Collective cost $105 each. I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford.
