After military deployment, Efua has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to weekly cognitive behavioral therapy, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at the Tema Counselling Collective cost $15 each. Efua has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Efua could afford. The therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference. Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Efua, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment. The money will be paid directly to the counselor's practice, with a session-by-session record. Where the $250 goes: • 12 therapy sessions: $170 • Psychiatric assessment: $60 • Workbook and resources: $20 I hope life is good to you. - Kwesi

Best of luck, Kwesi. Look after yourselves too, caregivers need rest. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. God bless
