Therapy fund for David: 16 sessions with a licensed counselor

After burnout at work, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Auckland cost $115 each.
