After a difficult divorce, Danuta has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to family counseling, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Gdynia cost $50 each. Danuta has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Danuta could afford. The therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference. Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Danuta, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
