After burnout at work, Charles has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to a structured recovery program, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Erie cost $90 each.
Charles has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Charles could afford. The therapist recommends 24 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
