After a house fire, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to a structured recovery program, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at the London Counselling Collective cost $75 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 24 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part, and I'm grateful for your kindness without judgment.
Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.
Where the $1,105 goes:
• 24 therapy sessions: $810
• Psychiatric assessment: $290
• Workbook and resources: $5

Sending love. Gave what I could, wish it was more. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Love from Mumbai
Good luck. Wishing Bennett a smooth procedure and a full recovery.
Stay strong, Bennett. I work in healthcare and wanted you to know people are on your side.
Gave what I could, wish it was more. Sent it to 36 people at work.
Shared it with a few friends. Don't give up. Thinking of London.
