After the death of both parents, Benjamin has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at the St. Petersburg Counselling Collective cost $100 each. Benjamin has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Benjamin could afford. The therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference. Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Benjamin, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment. The money will be paid directly to the counselor's practice, with a session-by-session record.
