Therapy fund for Ani: 10 sessions with a licensed counselor
After a difficult divorce, Ani has been on a waiting list for months - private therapy is the only option, and the cost is $250.

After a difficult divorce, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to weekly cognitive behavioral therapy, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Jakarta cost $20 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part, and I'm grateful for your kindness without judgment.
The money will be paid directly to the counselor's practice, with a session-by-session record.
Where the $250 goes:

• Psychiatric assessment: $25
• Workbook and resources: $25

Sure. The biggest one is 10 therapy sessions, $200. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. Fair thing to want to know.
