After years of caregiving, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to a structured recovery program, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at the Yogyakarta Counselling Collective cost $15 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part, and I'm grateful for your kindness without judgment.
Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.
Where the $355 goes:
• 12 therapy sessions: $310
• Psychiatric assessment: $40
• Workbook and resources: $5
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

Sending love. Hope the doctors have good news. Take care
good luck, Agus. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Thinking of Yogyakarta
I hope things turn around soon. It's not much but it's yours. Greetings from Wudil
