Theodore's school year: uniform, books and a laptop
Help Theodore begin Form 4 with a laptop, uniform and books.
🇬🇧 United Kingdom1,340 views
Theodore earned a place in Form 4 at London Boys' High School, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things He needs, including a laptop for the chemistry course, and a uniform.
The family has few resources; the list costs $800, which is more than they have.
Theodore loves chemistry and wants to become an architect. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
He will take care of everything given and works very hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
Where the $800 goes:
• Laptop: $500
• School uniform and shoes: $210
• Textbooks and workbooks: $90
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.
Updates from Eugene
Good news. Because of your gifts ($146 in total) the plan for laptop is now scheduled. Still a way to go but it feels less lonely.
Wanted to say thank you properly. 12% funded and I met with the school supplier and confirmed the amounts.
Update from London: the first invoice got paid this week. We're at 13% of the goal. Thank you for believing in us.

Take care. I hope things turn around soon. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like.
