Themba is working through years of caregiving and needs help paying for 12 sessions with a licensed counselor.

After years of caregiving, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to family counseling, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Pretoria cost $20 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part, and I'm grateful for your kindness without judgment.
Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.

Sure. The biggest one is 12 therapy sessions, $400. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. It helps to be asked.
