The Unity community hall needs a playground - Ghada's neighborhood project
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a playground - we need $2,550 for materials.

For eight years the neighborhood has asked for a playground. This year a group of 15 volunteers, including a group of teenagers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Unity community hall, but no funding.
We have received donated a pump, and the remaining cost is $2,550.
It will serve about 464 people, including young people who have nowhere safe to play. We'll hold a build day in September and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $2,550 goes:
• Materials: $1,650
• Permits and inspections: $250
• Safety equipment and signage: $430
• Tools hire and delivery: $220
With deep gratitude,
Ghada
