The Union community hall needs a solar-powered water pump - Taylor's neighborhood project
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a solar-powered water pump - we need $2,850 for materials.

For three years the neighborhood has asked for a solar-powered water pump. This year a group of 9 volunteers, including two retired carpenters, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Union community hall, but no funding.
We have received donated tools, and the remaining cost is $2,850.
It will serve about 107 people, including young people who have nowhere safe to play. We'll hold a build day in October and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.
Where the $2,850 goes:
• Tools hire and delivery: $290
• Safety equipment and signage: $320
• Materials: $2,240
