The old Pioneer bus depot needs a solar-powered water pump - Mateus's neighborhood project
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a solar-powered water pump - we need $1,250 for materials.

For ten years the neighborhood has asked for a solar-powered water pump. This year a group of 26 volunteers, including a retired civil engineer, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the old Pioneer bus depot, but no funding.
We have received donated a pump, and the remaining cost is $1,250.
It will serve about 414 people, including school children and their families. We'll hold a build day in October and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $1,250 goes:
• Materials: $1,050
• Permits and inspections: $55
• Safety equipment and signage: $55
• Tools hire and delivery: $90
Thanks for being kind about this.

Stay strong, Mateus. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My sister had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Take care.
is there anything that isn't money that would help Mateus?
