The old Harmony bus depot needs a community fridge - Özlem's neighborhood project
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a community fridge - we need $950 for materials.

For eight years the neighborhood has asked for a community fridge. This year a group of 11 volunteers, including two retired carpenters, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the old Harmony bus depot, but no funding.
We have received donated a pump, and the remaining cost is $950.
It will serve about 92 people, including school children and their families. We'll hold a build day in October and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.
Where the $950 goes:
• Materials: $740
• Permits and inspections: $65
• Safety equipment and signage: $35
• Tools hire and delivery: $110
