The Maple community hall needs a playground - Lwazi's neighborhood project
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a playground - we need $700 for materials.

For three years the neighborhood has asked for a playground. This year a group of 22 volunteers, including a retired civil engineer, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Maple community hall, but no funding.
We have received donated a pump, and the remaining cost is $700.
It will serve about 457 people, including elderly neighbors living alone. We'll hold a build day in November and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $700 goes:
• Tools hire and delivery: $115
• Materials: $540
• Safety equipment and signage: $45
