The Maple community hall needs a covered market stall space - Esteban's neighborhood project
A community-led a covered market stall space at the Maple community hall that will serve 568 neighbors.

For twelve years the neighborhood has asked for a covered market stall space. This year a group of 17 volunteers, including the parish youth group, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Maple community hall, but no funding.
We have received donated soil and plants, and the remaining cost is $4,100.
It will serve about 568 people, including school children and their families. We'll hold a build day in September and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $4,100 goes:
• Materials: $3,350
• Permits and inspections: $100
• Safety equipment and signage: $140
• Tools hire and delivery: $510
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.
