The Jacaranda health centre yard needs a rainwater harvesting system - Everett's neighborhood project
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a rainwater harvesting system - we need $3,650 for materials.

For twelve years the neighborhood has asked for a rainwater harvesting system. This year a group of 9 volunteers, including a group of teenagers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Jacaranda health centre yard, but no funding.
We have received donated a pump, and the remaining cost is $3,650.
It will serve about 574 people, including school children and their families. We'll hold a build day in October and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.

• Safety equipment and signage: $390
• Tools hire and delivery: $260
• Materials: $3,000
