The Jacaranda health centre yard needs a community garden - Łukasz's neighborhood project
Volunteers in Radom are raising $1,450 for a community garden at the Jacaranda health centre yard.

For eight years the neighborhood has asked for a community garden. This year a group of 24 volunteers, including two retired carpenters, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Jacaranda health centre yard, but no funding.
We have received donated a pump, and the remaining cost is $1,450.
It will serve about 529 people, including school children and their families. We'll hold a build day in December and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $1,450 goes:
• Materials: $990
• Permits and inspections: $160
• Safety equipment and signage: $50
• Tools hire and delivery: $250

Sure. The biggest one is materials, $990. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. Thanks, that means a lot.
