The Baobab health centre yard needs a community garden - Rani's neighborhood project
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a community garden - we need $4,050 for materials.

For twelve years the neighborhood has asked for a community garden. This year a group of 28 volunteers, including a group of teenagers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Baobab health centre yard, but no funding.
We have received donated a pump, and the remaining cost is $4,050.
It will serve about 105 people, including school children and their families. We'll hold a build day in January and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $4,050 goes:
• Materials: $3,150
• Permits and inspections: $165
• Safety equipment and signage: $180
• Tools hire and delivery: $555
