The Baobab community hall needs a rainwater harvesting system - Supaporn's neighborhood project
Volunteers in Bang Khen are raising $400 for a rainwater harvesting system at the Baobab community hall.

For eight years the neighborhood has asked for a rainwater harvesting system. This year a group of 20 volunteers, including the neighborhood football club, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Baobab community hall, but no funding.
We have received donated tools, and the remaining cost is $400.
It will serve about 447 people, including young people who have nowhere safe to play. We'll hold a build day in September and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.
Where the $400 goes:
• Materials: $250
• Safety equipment and signage: $75
• Permits and inspections: $75
With deep gratitude,
Supaporn

Stay strong. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. My neighbor in Seoul donated after I showed her your page. All the best.
