Teresa needs a lift to the Brescia Dialysis Unit - can you help one day a week?
A rota of drivers to the Brescia Dialysis Unit would keep Teresa on treatment. Even one trip a week helps.
🇮🇹 Brescia, Lombardy, Italy771 views
Teresa has been on dialysis for 2 years and until recently drove to the Brescia Dialysis Unit alone. After a foot amputation, Teresa can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week.
We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 3 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 23 km each way.
Teresa is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food.
Please say which day works for you in the comments.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

I work in healthcare and wanted you to know people are on your side. We're a small family in Nottingham but we're thinking of you. Greetings from Nottingham.
hope things get better soon, Ginevra. I work in healthcare and wanted you to know people are on your side. Love from Stellenbosch.
good luck, Ginevra. It takes guts to ask. Well done. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too.
Praying for you, Ginevra. Look after yourselves too, caregivers need rest. Sent it to 20 people at work. God bless
So sorry you're going through this. Shared this with my family. Don't be hard on yourself for asking. Greetings from Likoni.
