Tenant-rights advice for Salvador in San Diego: a short consultation
Looking for housing-law advice in California: a refusal to repair mold.
Anywhere in the world809 views
My landlord in San Diego has given me a refusal to repair mold. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in California could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in California would also be appreciated.
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

Sending good thoughts. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. We're a small family in New Delhi but we're thinking of you. Greetings from New Delhi.
hang in there. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. After 18 years in nursing I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Blessings
